1 – Overview
These terms of service set forth the terms of when you use this website and when purchasing products and services.
These form an agreement between KM Web Solutions and you, the consumer.
The date is 25/09/2025.
2 – The Proposal
We are a website design agency KM Web Design and Solutions will commence work once the agreement has been returned by email and the initial 25% fee has been paid by bank transfer. The final payment of 75% will be invoiced and payment will be required within 14 days by bank transfer. The website will go live once full payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable.
If payment is overdue more than 14 days KM Web Design and Solutions reserves the right to suspend all services to the client until payment has been received in full.
Our proposals should be treated as private and confidential and should not be distributed to any third parties. The proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Once your website is live you have 30 days to requested edits, updates and changes. After the 30 day period any changes are chargeable.
Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions, licences and authorities in respect of the use of copy, graphics, images, photography, logos, names and trade marks or any other material provided for the website or marketing material.
3 – Hosting
We recommend your website is hosted and managed by us but should you wish to host with another company we will not accept any liability for our websites hosted on other servers as we have no control over the quality and specifications of other servers.
KM Web Design and Solutions reserves the right to cancel your website hosting service without notice if the website or content is deemed to be malicious, harmful or contains inappropriate material.
4 – Domains
If your domain is purchases through KM Web Design and Solutions we will contact you once the domain requires renewal and send an invoice. If the domain you are using with our website has been purchased with another company and this domain expires resulting in the website going down or any other technical issues then we are excluded from responsibility or liability. Domains purchased via other websites are your responsibility.
5 – Marketing
We reserve the right to include screenshots of your website and links to be used in our and our blog.
6 – Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7 – Affiliate Disclosure
We only associate with products, services and merchants that we believe will provide value to our readers and customers.
We only affiliate with products, services, and merchants that we believe will provide value to my/our readers. We only endorse products, services and merchants that I/we have personally used/tested and consider of the highest quality standard.
It remains solely your personal responsibility to conduct your own investigation to determine whether to purchase an affiliate product or service.
You will not rely on any recommendation, reference, or information provided by me/us and I/we cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages resulting from your purchase.
8 – Amendments to terms
We reserve the right to alter our Terms and Conditions at any time. These terms are valid from 2nd October 2015.

KM Web Design and Solutions aims to inform and educate on this website by promoting plugins, themes and add on’s we have used and are happy to promote for a small commission.
