It is more important than ever to support local businesses and charities. Here are a number of customers and friends that are forging ahead in bringing good, ethical business practices to fruition.

The Green Cottage RDA is such a wonderful charity, they bring so much joy to the children and that brings joy to parents and the whole family. The RDA have lots of great safe and willing ponies to give the kids confidence and allows them the freedom riding brings.

Love Organic
Love Organic sources and delivers fresh organic produce locally in the New Forest.
Love Organic started up during the pandemic and has blossomed into a thriving local business. The business takes online orders and delivers across the local area either to your door or to one of 6 community hubs. The business also grows and sells their own produce.

Conlans Restoration
Conlans Restoration is based in Clitheroe.
Conlans restoration is a successful and highly respected furniture restoration business in Clitheroe. Restoring furniture for resale as well as many commissions including kitchens.

Relove Mallorca
Relove is a vintage fashion store in Pollensa, Mallorca.
Kate sources and sells quality fashion items such as shoes, bags, clothing and jewellery to the local community and online. She has an eye for fashion and supports the sustainable cause.

Andrea Emblim
Andrea is an illustrator and author.
Andrea has written her first novel and has received excellent reviews. Andrea lives locally in Dorset and works with other authors to create beautiful illustrations.

Athena Sholl Handmade Jewellery, Guernsey
All the products made by Athene Sholl and her team are incredible and get shipped across the world. Athene makes all kinds of jewellery, including jewellery from recycled items as well as running workshops.
The world needs more healers
Our world is precious. Our world gives us the air we breath, the food we eat and the land we call home. We form communities that build networks to create prosperity and safety. When our friends and neighbours are in trouble, we help them, that's what healthy societies do. Here are some of the Charities and causes I have personally worked with and continue to support.

The British Red Cross helps civilians and societies experiences a crisis. The Gaza Crisis Appeal needs our help.

The Young Enterprise mentors young people in Schools to develop skills required for the world of work. With the help of Business Professionals, the Young Enterprise program supports, encourages and mentors young people in skills such as business leadership, presentation skills and more.

The Green Cottage RDA supports children and young people with learning difficulties how to ride. The organisation is run by volunteers and is based at the Green Cottage Riding School. The joy and development kids get from the RDA is priceless.

Girl Guides is such an invaluable organisation I have been involved with, as a young girl and as a volunteer. The Girl Guides provides girls with skills, education and support they may not otherwise have. Such a national treasure.
